Founder - Director
Mr. Lallan Prasad Rai has a wealth of experience spanning 35 years in education, training, and social activism. In 2020, he co-founded the BBIC Foundation along with Mrs. Pummy Rai and Dr. Rajaram Mishra. Mr. Rai oversees direct programs in Jharkhand and Bihar under the foundation, and he also leads the BBIC Council for Health & Cultural Committee.
Apart from his role at BBIC Foundation, Mr. Rai has a diverse background. He has served as a teacher at Rajendra Vidhyaly, held the position of Vice President at UP Sangh, and acted as a Club & School Representative in the Jharkhand Cricket Association. Additionally, he is actively involved in various social associations, further demonstrating his commitment to social causes and community development.
Co-Founder
Mrs. Pummy Rai the Co-Founder of the BBIC Foundation, has been a driving force behind its impactful programs across rural and urban areas. With a deep commitment to societal betterment, she has worked extensively with her teams to design and implement initiatives that create meaningful change.
Under her leadership, the foundation has established large-scale partnerships with state governments and CSR corporate houses in India. Her contributions have been pivotal in improving children’s learning outcomes, advancing women’s empowerment, promoting health awareness, fostering cultural development, and spearheading environment-related programs. Mrs. Rai’s dedication and vision continue to inspire and transform communities nationwide.
Co-Founder
Dr. Raja Ram Mishra is the Co-Founder of the BBIC Foundation and has worked extensively on health programs across rural and urban areas. Together with his team, Dr. Mishra has been instrumental in designing and supporting health awareness initiatives, with a special focus on improving women’s and children’s health in tribal regions. In addition to his contributions to health programs, he serves as the Chairman of the BBIC Cultural Development Committee, playing a vital role in promoting cultural initiatives.
